Missing the little details

Amelia's attraction to the masked Count and the intimate details of their affair was intense, but it lacked the quality of the other books in this series. I think that there needed to be less about the other love affairs and more focus on Amelia and the Count.

As for the performance, Justine Eyre is amazing and captures each character perfectly. I really enjoy her skills as a narrator.

Intriguing historical romance

Seems to me like a lot of Sylvia Day's early work was in Historical romantic fiction. This book is really well written, as well as several other she's written in this Genre. Justine Eyre. Narrates a lot of these books . She does a Phenomenal job .They're hard to put down . They are the kind of books you wanna listen to over and over k

Excellent story !

Any additional comments?

This was an excellent read. I really enjoyed the story line very much. The only thing i did not enjoy was the ascent's of the male characters. The story keeps your interest till the very end. :)

Alright

This wasn’t as good as the first 2 books and those 2 prior weren’t excellent but had very hot sex scenes. This one has only 2. The narration was good as usual. No confusing the males for the females although this book had quite a few English men that somewhat sounded the same. I hope the 4th book will be great. Seven years to sin is still my favorite of this author.

A PASSION FILLED EXCITING GEORGIAN ROMANCE

Just when I thought I could finally get some sleep...... Sylvia Day brings out yet another must have listen in her Georgian series and once again I'm totally hooked.

This was particularly good - childhood sweethearts Colin and Amelia lose touch but eventually reunite years later unfortunately it's at the worst possible time for both of them (isn't it always!) as she's getting engaged to a long-time friend and Colin is a spy who's undercover and who want's her and out of the spy business. This is sooo touching as Amelia's torn between old love, a friend's love and a new exciting love and Colin has to fight hard first to try to stay away from her then to fight for her.

It's go passion, heartbreak, sex, tension, excitement and brilliant romantic characters to empathise with - there are some characters that we know well as we have met them before in previous books so, to get the most out of this series, they're not really meant to be stand alone listens. There's some bad language too so it may put some of you off.

Worth a credit? Again, and I've said it before in my previous reviews, it's a cheap series to just buy and we'll worth it - however I would gladly have used credits.

Good storyline, Frustrated

Was an ok story, but the name pronunciations were so similiar, that I stayed confused on who was Collin and Curtland (never was sure of the other name). They sounded so much alike, that I struggled knowing who was who and caught myself wishing I had the book in front of me. I'm sure the story is much better than what I heard.

Not the best of the series

The use of entire pages exactly quoted from the previous book supposedly dreams was not well done or effective. A little more effort might have made the scenes dreamlike if in fact they are necessary at all.

I'm afraid this flaw really ruined the book for me.

Amazing performance!

I really enjoy Sylvia Day’s writing, and it was so beautifully performed by Justine Eyre! She did an amazing job—even nailing the male voices and foreign accents of some characters. Her talented voice really added to the drama and sensuality of the story.

Enjoyed listening....

Now in book three Amelia is reunited with her sister Maria but still heartbroken over the lost of her love Collin. That's until a mysterious man shows up at a ball wearing a mask... Amelia becomes all wrapped up trying to find out who is the man behind the mask. I enjoyed the chemistry between Amelia and the man behind the mask. In the end Amelia find out who is and is shocked to find out Collin is alive!

The narrator did and awesome job.
