I have listened to many of the Insterstellar Bride books, & this one, having only 1 narrator, a male, is off-putting for the female characters. The female characters come off sounding weird & not pleasant. I love all of the Interstellar Bride books regardless of the series, & they all flow & interact with each other. So just as an FYI: The best way to listen to all the Interstellar books (bride, cyborg, beast, virgin) is to listen to them in order of release date & book #. Do not listen to them separately solely based on the individual series because all of the series' books interact with the characters & timelines from the other books in all the different Interstellar Bride series.

Only 1 male narrator is not pleasant.

I throughly enjoyed this book. The characters weren’t completely damaged, spending the entire book struggling to be normal. Really well done!

At first I wasn't sure I was going to like this book but I was surprisingly glad I was wrong. I can't wait to read the rest of the series.

Review of audiobook borrowed through Audible Plus.
It appears the Virgins series involves matches with Everian Hunters.
Alexis Lopez is 21 and has just lost her last family member with the death of her dad. She decides the best way to create a new family is by going through the Interstellar Brides Program. She is quickly matched to 99% when it’s clear she has some Everian genetics.
Alexis, Kate and Dani are all bound for Everis and form a bond of friendship.
What follows is a courtship with Von, an Elite Hunter, her matched mate who guides her through the three virginities.
Add in a conflict between Von and Cosmo, former friends and current rivals.
It appears there’s some connection between Kate and Bryn but it’s not going anywhere.
Macrae is just ok as narrator as he’s weak on character differentiation, especially female.

Sweet love story with a hot, dirty talking MMC. The narration was enjoyable but I did speed it up - was a little more hesitant than I prefer. Overall was great!

I think I’m spoiled because some of the other books have a male and female narrating so hearing just the male narrating lacks a little something.

The narrator spoke so softly with little variation that I had difficulty hearing him, even at full volume. it was had to tell characters apart.

better than the first book of this series.

I am upset because I like the book. I think it is interesting but I preorder the book and paid for it but it never showed up in my library and then I had to pay again to get the book so they got money from me twice. someone else should have read the book because this person was boring and made the book uninteresting. I hope they find someone else to read the serious when the next book comes out otherwise I won't be ordering anymore. I won't be preordering any books anymore because I will not pay for a book twice.
