Amazing for both males and females

I was very fortunate to have chosen this book, it is a direct and comprehensive way of exploring female sexuality. As a man it gives me a much fuller perspective of what my role is contrary to what the false image our society has put in our minds. An empowering read indeed.

Excellent book about exploring female sexuality

There was some new/useful information. Not a technique-heavy book, but there are a few chapters that would benefit from having a PDF supplement. (I also have the Kindle version, so that helped me follow along at my own pace when doing some of the exercises, but there should still be some sort of handout for the audio version.)

The author mainly draws on her experiences as a participant in Bodysex workshops and as a lesbian lover to provide certain perspectives and techniques to help liberate the female orgasm. I can't say I agreed with all the philosophies presented in the book but I did get some positive experiences from it. And some new insights on how outside influences can have heavy impact on orgasm, if we don't address them.

What disappointed you about O Wow?

I understand this is a book by women for women. I tried to listen to it, the author did some man bashing within the first 5 mins that turn me off from this book, which I can say she does not understand what it is like being a man as much can say I don't know what it is like being a woman, I just don't bash women. Educational is what people are seeking within this book. I am sure it has some sort of educational purposes within it some where.
Men beware of this book not as good as you think, there are better ones out there.

How could the performance have been better?

The narrator could have had a better tone voice, instead she sounds like she was made to do it.

What character would you cut from O Wow?

The author attitude towards men.

I came to read or listen to the book with an open mind and seeking knowledge. I could not get past the first chapter to get to it because of the put downs towards men.

It is a shame that Block cannot focus on her subject—how a woman can have her ultimate orgasm. Instead she must keep shoving her political views and her need to bash men.
