Publisher's summary

From the author of the Masters Unleashed series, Sparrow Beckett revs things up with two lovers on a collision course in the first Masters of Adrenaline novel.

Nothing gives Addison Kennedy a rush like stealing cars. The Lexus is the perfect target, but before she can get its engine purring, she's cold-cocked unconscious. When she comes to, she finds herself on a bed, with a blonde, tattooed god standing over her.

Fox Larson is shocked to discover the thief he knocked out is actually a hot girl. Bringing her home may not have been the smartest move, but he wasn't about to leave an unconscious and defenseless woman in a parking garage. Besides, if she's part of an auto theft crew infringing on his territory, he needs to pump her for information. However, Addison has personal drive that won't be denied, and she's desperate to prove Fox's group needs her skills. Submitting to his kinks in the bedroom is a hot yet complicated bonus. When a big job goes bad, and Addison finally gets her chance, will she succeed in stealing his thunder?

Really poor narrator!

The story was good but the narrator was horrible! He can’t do female voices to save his life. The female character sounded whiny and pathetic even when the dialogue was neither. I almost gave up on it and won’t get book 2 because it’s the same narrator.

SORRY BUT IT JUST WASN'T FOR ME

I just couldn't connect with the NA heroine at all and I also thought the plot was bad. To cut a bad story short... Fox, together with his brother and cousin, steal cars and they've made a great living doing it. But Addison (who hasn't even graduated yet) gets an adrenaline rush every time she breaks in and starts a stranger's car.. and her Grandparents need money so she wants to join Fox's gang.. and she also wants Fox too. However, Fox isn't keen on Addison joining his gang.. but he is interested in showing her his very alpha Dom side - and it turns out Addison is a natural sub.

Lots and lots of hot kinky sex follows.. there's angst as emotions build and some drama caused by a rival thief.. which results in a shooting - and when Addison is told Fox has been shot she says "what with a gun?".. that's the sort of meaningless dialogue this heroine spurts.

Worth a credit? No..these two characters are polar opposites in every way.. but this was only my opinion - you may love it.
