Publisher's summary

Altered both mentally and physically, Asia Montgomery finally has a lead to unlock the mystery of her past. Gunnolf, her former mentor, has reached out to her, some say from the grave. Desperate to learn real nuggets of her personal history before the Liege changed her, she embarks on a journey that takes her into the bowels of Lancaster Castle, which belongs to one of the Liege Lords.

Hawke has been an altered prisoner of Lord Boris Lancaster so long his wolf has all but given up hope of ever being free. When Asia steps into the lab looking like Tate, his wolf springs to the surface to investigate. Confused and happy he makes a plea for assistance for the first time in decades.

With an eight million dollar bounty on her head, Asia is hesitant to trust anyone in the castle, no matter what her wolf wants. The Liege has spent millions of dollars Hawke and Asia and will stop at nothing to regain their property. Can Asia trust long enough to assist another victim of the Liege? Will Hawke accept Asia for the person she is at her core? Time and again, Asia and Hawke must bend for each other or break the bond holding them together in Sword of Inquest as they rush to fulfill La Patron's command.

Sydney Addae Knows How To Keep Your Interest!!!

If you could sum up Sword of Inquest in three words, what would they be?

Action, Mystery, Real Relationship Struggles

What other book might you compare Sword of Inquest to and why?

Black Dagger Brotherhood series and Allie Beckstrom series

Which character – as performed by Christopher Dattoli – was your favorite?

Hawke

If you were to make a film of this book, what would the tag line be?

How deep does this conspiracy go?

Any additional comments?

I loved this book and hope to see the rest of the La Patron's Sword series books in audio format soon. There is a lot of mystery, struggle, and action. The characters struggle with huge life threatening dangers and well as with there own personal demons. Wish all Sydney Addae's books were available in audio format. Keep them coming Audible!

BRAVO diverse action packed bwwm story series!!

This story had characters that were diverse in skin tone, ethnicity & sexual orientaton. Like real live individuals in different walks of life. And different species. My only sadness that to truly understand each characters background, a reader should have read the previous stories. Howvever there are only a few AUDIBLE format version of the previous stories but, a lister can still enjoy this story as a stand alone. This story is definetly worth the credit/money. Slight soft sex scenes, great action fight scene and suspense along with continual drama on who is the bad guy... And why? Bravo Sydney Addae.. Hope to have more audible format with great voice actors for the rest of the story series..

Loved the Story but not the Narrator

I love the story. In my opinion, the characters are well developed and have a realistic approach to addressing the dynamics of new relationships (personal and professional). I took one star off for the overall rating because I did not enjoy the narrator's voice (AT ALL)!
