This book provides sound, practical, and scientifically based advise for relationships that may be applied immediately. This book will save you years of trial and error. I already went through it for the second time and I plan to listen it several more times.

P.S. This is NOT a pick-up artist book. A lot of research when into this to provide sound and applicable advise.
