And the plot thickens. So glad I read Madam Alana’s book between 1 &2. Wish the audio on book 4 was ready a week early, finishing book four without audio now feels weird.

Just when you thought that these books might just start to get less angsty, we are proven wrong. Audrey has done such a great job at keeping me on my toes with this series, and books. Mini cliff hangers at the end of each chapter, and then she continues to pound with the angst, drama, suspense, but also giving us all the spice, and love throughout the book. The 4 couples continue to live life, get to know one another, but that doesn’t come with some sort of conflict for them. Learning about the past, what makes them tick or insecure but also finding ways to communicate and love each other throughout all the obstacles thrown their way. It’s hard to believe that when we get to the end of book three only 2 weeks or so have passed from the beginning of the storyline.
We continue to see the past characters make appearances. I also love all the families we have been introduced with from the candidates and bidders. Well, not all of them… Naomi’s family and Maia’s family that’s a different level. And, as a reminder in this on audio is on point. Multicast narrations that are just a chefs kiss. Great read and listen.

Thank the stars we start off with the cliffhanger from book 2. I don’t think my heart could have handled waiting! Book 3 brings in some blast from the past characters from season one, and now we have the mob involved, eek! Summer and Jack were a slow-burn for me, and this is the book where Audrey wrecks me with their story. Be prepared for tears. Book 3 brings in chaos to all the couples, including Madam Alana and Christophe, so be prepared! Absolute perfection!!!

I started with book 1, immediately had to buy book 2 and then 3. 4 is pre ordered! Book 3 had me fully invested in the characters stories and I actually cried when Yak and Summer had to deal with a death. I loved that it kept my attention throughout all the books.

I cannot put these books down. I wish my “real-life” soap operas were written this well and kept me on my toes. We get more twists and turns and I know Ms. Carlan is not done surprising us or the couples yet.

Marriage Auction 3 is a continuation of the stories. It was very well done with all kinds of twist and turns and surprises, I enjoyed it very much. I’m looking forward to Marriage Auction 4.

When I read the blurb for this series, I just had to read it as I was intrigued. There was so much going on in this book that I had trouble putting it down when real life got in my way.

Each person has a different reason for entering into the Marriage Auction and that is what made this so entertaining. The characters were easy to relate to and their stories intriguing, There was a good balance of romance and heat with strong determined women who have goals and are focused on seeing them achieved, no mater the cost.
 
This was well written and I cannot wait for more in the series.

I’m not going to spoil Anything for you readers or listeners! I just can’t tell you how much I love this author and the way she tells the stories of these couples! On to the next book!
