Dr. Clay Routledge is a leading expert in existential psychology. His work focuses on helping people reach their full potential and build meaningful lives. Clay spent two decades in academia as a professor of psychology, professor of management, and distinguished professor of business. During that time, he taught undergraduate, MBA, and PhD courses in social and personality psychology, cultural psychology, research methods, and team leadership. He also published more than 100 academic papers, co-edited three books, authored two books, and received numerous awards for his scholarly research and student mentorship. In 2022, Clay joined Archbridge Institute as Vice President of Research and Director of the Human Flourishing Lab.
