KATE GLADDIN (née Fitzsimons) is an international speaker, certified life coach, resilience specialist, and podcast host. Named one of Australia’s 100 Women of Influence, she is also the director of the Nicole Fitzsimons Foundation, a charity established in honor of her sister, who was killed in a motorbike accident in Thailand in 2012. Her commitment to creating a travel safety education program for high school students expanded into helping others thrive through adversity. Through her keynote talks, online coaching, and podcast show, Okay, Now What?, and published books, Kate has helped hundreds of thousands of people build the mental and emotional skills they need to become more resilient. A native of Sydney, Australia, she now makes her home in Sheridan, Wyoming with her husband, Nate, and enjoys playing in the snow with their pup, Jaku.
