Sarah Hays Coomer is a Mayo Clinic Certified Wellness Coach, a Certified Personal Trainer with the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and a Prenatal Fitness Specialist and Nutrition and Wellness Consultant with the American Fitness Professionals & Associates. She is the author of three books: Physical Disobedience, Lightness of Body and Mind, and The Habit Trip (December 2020).
