This is a fun short story. It takes the ho-hum daily life of a waitress, and spices it up with a hot Santa. This Santa is a fit and hot guy under that red suit. There is an underlying humor, and upbeat feeling to the story. This is a good read for a cold December night, or to get into the holiday spirit. The narration was fine. I was given a free copy of the audiobook, and I have voluntarily posted this review.

This is a sweet holiday romantic fling. I loved it! The evolution of the characters and the ambiance of the story was sweet and spicy.

I picked up Jennifer and Santa because I was in the mood for something festive, lighthearted, and just a touch spicy. And wow, this little gem delivered! It’s short, sweet, and everything you’d want for a cozy holiday evening. Think Hallmark with an edge, but not too over-the-top.

The story is exactly as the title promises: Jennifer, a waitress at the Evergreen Country Club, gets the perfect Christmas gift in the form of an unexpected connection with Santa himself—who just happens to be hot, charming, and exactly what she needs. It’s simple, fun, and just enough to warm your heart (and maybe make you blush).

Hands down, my fav moment was when Jennifer realizes that “Santa” isn’t just good with kids—he’s also good at making her laugh and feel seen. There’s this spark between them that feels real and natural, even in such a short story. And the moment she lets herself just enjoy the magic? Loved it.

Would I recommend it? 100%. It’s perfect for fans of short, flirty holiday romances that don’t take themselves too seriously.

Jennifer has insta-love with the new Santa. This short story is sweet with Santa and Jennifer getting their 'gift' for Christmas. Carol Anne Shaw narrated well.

This was my first experience with Susan Glenney's work, and it was entertaining. Jennifer worked at the Evergreen Country Club. The Santa that was temporarily hired to work at Evergreen Country Club was special. The story was short. The characters were personable. The story had a little steam. Carol Anne Shaw's narration was fine. I was given a free copy of the audiobook, and I have voluntarily posted this review.

This was a short and simple look at a lonely waitress barely making ends meet who has a holiday fling with a young man pulling a Santa shift at her workplace for the guests. The characters were sketched well in the brief space of the story, allowing me to see them all so clearly and understand them.

The audiobook narrator was very good, with a crisp yet warm tone that glider smoothly over the mundane and the brief ending sex scene. Her delivery was clean and engaging and I'd gladly check out any of her other works.

An erotic short story set during the Christmas season. The story does what it sets out to do with a naughty encounter with a stranger during the holiday season. I feel a little more attention could have been given to the Santa character and the tension building between the characters. But possibly that was the entire point.

This is a super quick, cute listen.
Got off to a realistic start, had a relatable lead and then … well a few minutes later it was over. I enjoyed the office setting and the holiday vibes. Very cute./

Absolutely fantastic production! The narrator has a very pleasant voice, and she performs very well. Overall sound quality is perfect. 5 stars on this front.
