Mia is not the outdoors type; she is a city girl. When Mia’s niece Violet asks her to accompany her on a camping trip with the “Young Adventures Club Annal Great Rapids Wilderness Excursion” she goes reluctantly. What will go wrong will go wrong for Mia “Murphy’s Law”. Mia is riding in a canoe and she is approaching a waterfall and gets swept up in the current. Sexy alpha male Cyrus sees Mia and is there to rescue her. The two are instantly attracted to each other. Cyrus spends his time in NY and at his mountain wilderness cabin.

Will Mia trade her city life for the mountain wilderness to be with Cyrus or will they split their time being in the city and the mountain wilderness?

I've read and listened to this story and by far prefer the audio version. Meg Sylvan brought this story to life revealing the desperation of our heroine trying to win the approval of her niece, the disapproval of those witnessing it, and the hilarity that ensues while she is so far out of her element. I found myself chuckling through the beginning chapters. Also, Tor Thom's deep rumbling voice narrating the hot intimate scene will have you melting. Initially it doesn't seem Mia and Cyrus work, but the story reveals they are perfect for each other.

This is a short and quick read or listen. The story is about Mia and Cyrus. She is a city girl who is going on an outdoor adventure with her niece and lets just say the Girl Scouts. Mia has no idea what she is doing but wants to bond with her niece. She is in over her head and gets separated from the group and goes over a waterfall. She is found by the reclusive mountain man with serial killer vibes, Cyrus. At least that is what Mia thinks when she sees him holding dead rabbits and an ax. This is a fun story that is cute and sexy. I love the characters. The narrator did a great job with this one.

If you're familiar with Olivia T Turner, you know she writes pretty over the top. This is a super insta romcom, Both are 🍒- and he's also a billionaire because why not. Honestly I had a lot of fun with this one, logic be forsaken!

In fairness, this is one of those books where it's hard to separate the narration from the story. The female narrator (Meg Sylvan) was hilarious and I'm not sure if it would've read as funny in my brain.

This is a fast paced insta love mountain man romance. Meeting Mia was hilarious as she bumbles through her camping excursion with her niece. After getting separated from her group, Mia meets Cyrus, our mountain man extraordinaire. Cyrus falls hard and fast and is determined to keep Mia in his life. This was an enjoyable listen and the narration was fantastic.

this audiobook was absolutely good and hot and steamy insta love story ❤️ I was so enthralled with it that I didn't mind the traffic jam in stl lol I loved both narrator's voices as well.

Mia does not do nature or outdoor sports, she is a city girl thru and thru. Her niece asks her to go on a camping trip, she brings her laptop thinking she will be able to do some work. Next she knows she is with Violet in a canoe, paddling down the river, after two hours she has blisters on her hands. She is swatting at a bug and loses her oar, her niece gets out the canoe, and it drifts away before she can. She can hear the rumbling of the waterfall ahead and there is now way she can stop herself from going over it.

When she is at the bottom and out of the canoe, it is cold, here comes absolutely large mountain man with dead rabbits. Is he serial killer, is this her end? Cyrus tells she must get out of the water, and that she is perfectly safe. He will not hurt her, but he is thinking about doing other things to her. Will she need to go back to the city? Or can she rough it with her mountain man in the middle of nowhere?

In typical fashion by the author, alpha male meets his one and does everything needed to keep her. I just loved the male narrator's voice.

I loved the story of Mia and Cyrus😍😍😍 The quirky and kind of helpless aunt that wanted to share time with her niece.... Well that went quite wrong. But boy she found a hot mountain man that helped and saved her. Cyrus never had interest in women... But as soon as he sees Mia he just knows she is his One. And nothing and nobody can stop him from getting his woman.🥰🥰 Instalove sweet, steamy, fun to read, romantic and totally safe (heck yes double virgins 🥰🥰) and with a sweet HEA😍😍😍😍
The audiobook was awesome too👍👍👍 I loved the dual narration and it made me chuckle and laugh quite a few times 😉😉 And boy the spicy scenes🥵🥵

Mountain Man Fixated is a very entertaining story. The introduction of Mia is filled with humor and it carries through the story. I wasn't a big fan of her in the beginning. Mia and Cyrus have chemistry and I liked their interactions. The audiobook is an easy 2 and a half hour listen. I enjoyed the narrators.
