This book was hot if you are into domination and submission, however, the character really didn't provide consent to this.. When the work elevator stopped working and she's stuck with her 2 bosses, both dominants, and a bag full of sex toys, you know whats going to happen. But I did have a hard time with Bosses taking advantage of an employee as well as she never did say yes.

So, this was niggling at the back of my head through out listening to this story.

Short and sweet and hot

Jasmine Black is quickly becoming a favorite for short to the point hot stories.
This one happens in an elevator with 2 dominant bosses and a bag of toy's.
I was given this book in exchange for my honest review.
If your in the mood for a deliciously descriptive erotic romance this one is worth listening to.

This is a steamy story about a woman stuck in an elevator with her two bosses and a bag of sex toys. The concept is erotic, but the BDSM/domination by the two men turned me off. That's not the story's fault, more my preference. I prefer sexy seduction to forceful men. If you like dominant men, with a touch of BDSM, you would probably like this story.

The narration was good, and suited the storyline of two alpha males taking what they want.

Taken by Two Bosses by Jasmine Black was a good quick read. Receptionist Carina is stuck in the company elevator with both of her bosses. In the elevator she finds herself at the mercy of her bosses.

I feel bad for this rating and the subsequent review because these type of audio books just aren't for me.
No, I'm not referring to erotica. I'm all over that in a heartbeat. What I'm referring to is the subpar narration and basic written story.
In this case, we have a heroine who doesn't make sense...not unless she has unmedicated bipolar. At one point we're told she blushes at the thought of sex toys, in another we're told she talks about nipple clamps with her bosses. Oh, and she works for a sex toy manufacturer. This woman's morals and beliefs flick on and off more than a toddler's bedroom light switch. But hey, that's a woman's prerogative, right? So we can forgive her.
Then we get to the sexiness (I use the term loosely and no, I'm not trying to make a funny pun. Promise). Most of it is her internal thoughts about how she's feeling. She doesn't talk. At all. The dialogue is all male driven and not sexy at all.
Seriously, not sexy.
Add to that, the guys make just as much sense as the heroine.
And again, it's just not sexy.
I would really dig a short erotica piece that has some balls behind it. Again, no pun intended. This story tried to play the virginal role with the heroine, but she came across ignorant and five beers short of a six-pack.
I'm sorry, I just really couldn't get into it. Not as much as the heroes, anyway. ;) Now, THAT pun was intended.

Sex without active consent is rape! There was no active consent in this story.

I've listened to one other book in this series 'Taken by Two Bikers' and it was hot so I was excited to be listening to this one. That soon changed, there was nothing exciting about this story, in fact horrific would be a better description.

Carina barely speaks and when she does it's all parts of 'I'm not sure we should be doing this' or attempts to say 'stop'. It's clear she physically enjoys what they do to her but also that she doesn't feel like she can say no.

The dialogue and actions from the men make it clear they're fine with just taking what they want without caring about how Carina feels about it.

Leigh Greene's narration was fine, it's hard to properly judge it when I really didn't want to be listening to it.

If you enjoy stories where consent is not obtained then you might enjoy this story.
