When Jess is admitted to hospital with severe back pain, she is immediately given a private room in which to relax while she awaits an x-ray. Due to some complications, she is forced to stay over night, and wakes in the dead of night with chronic pain.

When the self-administered morphine drip fails to soothe her discomfort, she calls upon a passing nurse to help alleviate her pain. However, she quickly realizes the nurse's methods are somewhat unorthodox.

The story was fast but good. That nurse really knew how to make you forget the pain. I voluntarily reviewed this audiobook.

“The Lesbian Nurse” missed the mark.

The narrator has a gravely, smoker’s voice that I found distracting. The MC isn’t particularly likable; she’s very fit and spends all her time badgering her overweight friends to accompany her to exercise classes. Despite that fitness, touching her toes is apparently something she hasn’t tried….and the effort sends her to the hospital.

Middle of the night, wanting more morphine, she calls for the nurse. Turns out that the nurse can’t give her morphine, but offers up her own special medicine.

The image of a nurse getting naked and 69’ing with a patient with a bad back was a combination of hilarious (there’s a glass window on her room door!), and frightening (errr….spinal damage, anyone?).

That I could let go, but there’s just too much tonguing of an anus, and once shifting to more pleasant parts (errr…hygiene, anyone?) our patient is very happy to then have her nose nested in the nurses anus. Ewwww. Not erotic and not sexy.

So, 2* for the big-breasted “Lesbian Nurse”.
