I truly got drawn into the story and kept going back to listen to it every chance I had. I won’t say that it had a happily ever after ending, but it was resolved in a satisfactory way.

Enjoyable listen

I really enjoyed this audible. It grabbed me from the beginning which is important to me, it was light listening but kept me engaged throughout. I enjoy this genre and this did not disappoint. The only thing disappointing about it was that as soon as it was over, I went to see if I could get the next book in the series and it’s not out yet. I am really looking forward to it.

One of the best series

This book is amazing, perhaps the best of the three. While you can read this as a standalone, I recommend starting with the first book. I listen to books daily, but I rarely take the time to review. I love this book (and series) so much that I’m taking the time. It draws you in, the characters come to life, some you hate, some you dislike, and some you like so much you that just really wish they were your friends in real life because you already know them so well. The third book in the series resolves a mystery that started in book one, but each book in the series has its own main mystery. I really do hope that the series continues. My highest recommendation.

Amazing!

I have listened to all of the Joe Pickett books in order, and I highly recommend the entire series, but this one has been the best so far. It has so many elements that all come together, and I just couldn’t stop listening. Onto the next. Do yourself a favor and listen to the series.

This book flowed all the way throughout. Always entertaining, a bit funny, a bit of a mystery, a wonderful developing romance, and a hea. I hope there is a sequel!

From the beginning, I was drawn in. I’m so glad I had both books since the first book left a lot unanswered, but book two answered them all and left me with a wonderful hea! Highest recommendation!

Immediately caught my interest

I love the books that catches my interest immediately, and this is one of those. I love the back-and-forth texting, the funny innuendos, Getting to know these characters and getting to care about them, enough steamy intimacy without being overwhelming, just my kind of book, and of course the HEA which I require for a 5 star review!

Enjoyable cozy mystery

I truly enjoyed this series, it made me smile and it made me laugh at times. I enjoyed getting to know the characters and I adored the love story that went along with the mysteries. I’m sorry the series ended, I would have loved to have “attended” the wedding and i really want to know about warehouse 11! Gina Lamanna, I’m on board if you want to continue the series! Hint hint

It isn’t often that a selection that comes free with my membership becomes such a favorite! This is a perfect selection if you like a feel good romantic mystery that is lighthearted and that captures your interest from the get go. I’ll be searching for more like this, but not sure they will be as good!
