A great explanation of why we act how we do. A bit deep on the biology, but the author effectively communicates to lay people like me.

Charles Duhigg has an amazing ability to communicate his thesis about just how important communication and connection is. Not only does he make his case, but then he breaks it down with enjoyable stories and actionable insights. A must read for any human being who is seeking deeper connection in this world that sometimes places obstacles in our way to connect.

Read this book. Trust me. From someone who's pivoted 7 times in my career, we all must learn to embrace technology. Or face the path that buggy drivers suffered.

Gorrick does a brilliant job of discussing the many unspoken rules that exist in most professional, and all corporate settings. I have now added this to the vetted list of Kadima Careers Top Book Recommendations. The only downside of the audio book is that there were often references to tables and images that were not adequately explained for those of us who just listen to books.

Jeremy and Omar know their stuff. As a seasoned LinkedIn veteran (I joined in 2004 and have been on the platform longer than 99.3% of the 900 million global users, I still learned a lot from this book. While I haven't met Omar yet, I did have the pleasure to sit down with him on our podcast, syckpodcast.com, and wow, mind blown. These guys will tell you where to spend your time and why LinkedIn is a must for any ambitious professional.

I was fortunate enough to be in Russ' org back in my Google days. The passion he has for management permeated every where in his org. His focus on a coaching environment empowered my manager to coach me into being a world class leader, instead of jetrisoning me after my early Google struggles. I'm forever indebted to Russ and the impact his management philosophy has had on me as a leader and now as a coach.

Good read, worth the time and money.

Jeff Walker laid out such a clear and rational framework to launch a succesful product. I'm planning to launch my new product in a couple of months, leveraging this framework. I can confidently give Jeff and his book 5 stars now, as he gave the blueprint to success. My results will now be a function of product quality and execution. Thanks for the valuable tips!
