Historia
Mahan Khalsa and Randy Illig offer a better way. Salespeople, they argue, do best when they focus 100 percent on helping clients succeed. When customers are successful, both buyer and seller win. When they aren't, both lose. It's no longer sufficient to get clients to buy - a salesperson must also help the client reduce costs, increase revenues, and improve productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

Boring, Theoretical--Making Selling Complicated
Revisado: 03-24-09
The narrator makes me sleep. And the selling skills are too theoretical, such as No Guess. Selling is an art rather than a precise science. This audiobook is too left brain-driven. Not creative and street smart enough as selling should be!!

Historia
Napoleon Hill, born into poverty in 1883, began writing as a reporter for small town newspapers while just a teenager. When industrialist Andrew Carnegie commissioned him in 1908 to interview over 500 successful men and women to help prove his theory that success could be distilled down to a clear-cut formula, Hill met with hundreds of the richest and most famous people of the time.

Ultra-great Value for a 24+ Hours Audiobook
Revisado: 12-20-08
Great narrator, and loaded with useful tips and principles of success. This book teaches timeless principles. The Laws of Success is the true masterpiece of Napoleon Hill. Think & Grow Rich is a trimmed and summarized version of The Laws of Success. This audiobook is the first time that The Laws of Success comes in such audio version. This is a great audio to put into my iPod and iPhone!!

You Got To Be Interesting to Be Listened To
Revisado: 12-20-08
This audiobook is too descriptive, and provides nothing new or exciting about great communications. Too basic and common sensical for beginners! Written by a so called "great communicator" (as the author tries to at least give that impression), his presentation is too monotonic and unimpressive. A bit boring and putting listeners to sleep because not much "meat" inside the program. He is not a good story teller either. Also own the first edition of this audiobook and the book. This updated edition is just a superficial update--not many new ideas, new insights, and new skills since its first edition in 1990s. Try "You are the Message" by Roger Ailes. An old book, but more insights!!

Disappointing
Revisado: 04-12-08
Only the first 10% about Cross-Selling. It is basically about generic customer service. Too common sensical. Really disappointed about the presenter's delivery and music background. Try Tom Hopkins, Zig Ziglar. More street-wise!!

Covey Got Nothing New To Say
Revisado: 03-28-07
Same stories, same examples, sample analogies, same tone of voice, same old 7 Habits theories.
The Guru of "Over-Repetition"!
While the world keeps on changing, Covey assumes what he taught are all golden principles, so he failed to change, update his worldviews (paradigms, using his cliche word!), and add new meat to his old dishes. Did he really sharpen his old saw and avoid living on his old golden eggs inside his intellectual comfort zone?
His "new" audiobooks are always recycling his own thoughts. This is very unfair to his readers. We need new ideas, new insights, new information, new examples from him.
He is more like a lazy professor who uses the same old notes to teach every class, every term, while charging his old notes with new school fees each time!
Buyers be aware of his so called "new" products!!
