Well this changes things

I have been blissfully following the characters of Tequila Key. They have provided me with some fun, laughter and a sprinkling of sage wisdom. Ms O’Malley paints pictures of her characters. I love the vivid images I get from her writing. However we’ve hit a bump in the road. I’m hoping Althea Rose’s actions begin to follow her thoughts about “adulting”. This book left me somewhat disappointed in her. Hopefully Althea will be able to become comfortable and accept herself in the next book. Although the narrator for the first 4 books was good, Ms Landon who has narrated books 5 and 6 is excellent. Even though I personally did not care for some of this story line, this series has been an enjoyable read and I will be listening to #7.

This is a well written fun little series with likable characters, a little mystery and a little paranormal with witches. A very fun easy to listen to series. Also the entire series is on Audible and each book has an satisfactory ending, no cliff hangers even though each epilogue hints at more to come.
