This book could have been amazing, however the female narrator was TERRIBLE! it's like she was found on wish. I'm sure she has potential however I'm surprised that the editors listened to the book and thought this is it! let's publish. Then some parts of the book made me cringe and I'm not sure if it's because I was over the narration or if it was just bad. overall the guy was phenomenal, the book was just "ok" nothing I'd recommend. I would definitely try to republish with a different female narrator though, she's messing the book up!

I wish the rest of this universe's books had audible!! I'd love Avery's and illi's story!!! Vanessa does a phenomenal job narrating this book.

I love when a book can grab onto your heart strings and pull all different emotions out! this book sat in my library for a bit .. and I am so glad I finally decided to listen to it! man it was good!!! highly recommend!

this wasn't for me

The only good thing about the book were the narrators.. they brought the story to life.. the book overall however was NOT FOR ME! someone recommended this book and the only reason why I finished was because I paid for the audible... storyline was all over, It was extremely rushed, and a lot of the verbiage put in their contradicted things that were previously said.. It says if the author kept forgetting key points in a story... It also jumped around a lot One minute we're here the next minute we're over there with no explanation on how we got there. I also completely 100% despise how after meeting people for a day the females are like deeply in love. like seriously?! nothing in this story really made sense to me.. The plot just wasn't there... The twist she tried to put in there weren't there... literally nothing was explained at all so you leave this book feeling more confused than anything. I do not recommend however it apparently is somebody's cup tea because it was recommended to me..

the book can be about a trashcan, as long as the voices reading about it are amazing I'll at least finish it!!! so the narration alone took me in!!!
some of the reviews that I read downright hated this book, which I guess is everybody's own opinion however I loved it.... were there some things that I thought could have been a little bit better absolutely. But who am I someone who never wrote a book to sit here and talk about somebody because their book was not 100% perfect?! I think you will enjoy this book if you decide to listen to that... I know for a fact you'll love the narrators because... CHEF'S KISS!!! they're that good!!
