Historia
The shift toward automation is about to create a tsunami of unemployment. Not in the distant future - now. One recent estimate predicts 13 million American workers will lose their jobs within the next seven years - jobs that won't be replaced. In a future marked by restlessness and chronic unemployment, what will happen to American society? In The War on Normal People, Andrew Yang paints a dire portrait of the American economy. Rapidly advancing technologies like artificial intelligence, robotics, and automation software are making millions of Americans' livelihoods irrelevant.

Historia
Sixty-six books, 40 authors, written over nearly 2,000 years, in many different genres. A worldwide best seller published in countless translations and languages. A book that has been sworn by in court, fought over, and quoted in arguments. Clearly, the Bible is no ordinary book. So how can we begin to read and understand the Bible as a whole? In this excellent overview, Vaughan Roberts paints the big picture, showing how the different parts of the Bible fit together under the theme of the kingdom of God. He offers us tools to read it with confidence, enthusiasm and understanding. Vaughan points us to the Bible’s supreme subject, Jesus Christ, and the salvation God offers through him.

Historia
In Radical, David Platt's plea for Christians to take back their faith from the American Dream resonated with readers everywhere and quickly became a New York Times bestseller. Now in Radical Together, the author broadens his call, challenging us to unite around a gospel-centered vision. How, he asks, might such a vision reshape our priorities as the body of Christ?

So encouraging
Revisado: 04-07-15
Just really drives home how important it is for each one of us to be reaching people with the gospel, and how God will be with us in this.
And I loved how it incorporates testimonials and feedback Platt received from the first Radical book. Good practical advice for how this plays out in people's lives.
I liked the narrator too, very passionate. Maybe unnecessary to use a higher pitched voice when quoting women... but it didn't distract me either.
Overall, very good, and great reminder to put first things first.
