Historia
For years, rumors of the "Marsh Girl" have haunted Barkley Cove, a quiet town on the North Carolina coast. So in late 1969, when handsome Chase Andrews is found dead, the locals immediately suspect Kya Clark, the so-called Marsh Girl. But Kya is not what they say. Sensitive and intelligent, she has survived for years alone in the marsh that she calls home, finding friends in the gulls and lessons in the sand.

Beautiful story
Revisado: 06-26-22
The story and storytelling is simply amazing. I love how the story is told parallel but in different times, finally culminating at the trial. I wasn’t ready for the story to end, but can’t imagine it being any longer, and ended beautifully. The author had me speculating “who done it” all the way to the end.
The performance was also very well done. I love how she captured the serene beauty of the marsh with her tone. Highly recommend.

Historia
I must have been cursed from birth...and that is becoming clearer with every passing day. My ankles are swollen from the chains around them, my tongue feels like sandpaper, and the dripping water in the jail cell beside mine is so close, yet so far away. For the first time in werewolf history, two wolves have the same mate. The same woman was blessed by their goddess to be their partner for eternity, and I’m that woman.

Ugh
Revisado: 01-16-22
I am one of those that has to finish reading a book or series just to see how it ends. This was one of those series. I couldn't wait for it to be over, though. The main character was whiny and swallowed in self pity throughout most of the book great premises and all, but the whining was repetitive and annoying .

Felt like church...
Revisado: 03-05-21
Listening to Pastor Craig was just like being in church and listening to his sermons.
Good stuff in this book with real life examples. Definitely recommend for anyone who struggles with worry and anxiety as Craig presents Biblical truth in winning the war on your mind.
