Please get this narrator some lessons in enunciation, a glass of water, and a clue. Her narration deducted heavily from thr story and was actually distracting. I love Ashley Antoinette, but I did not live this performance.

This was a really good story of faith, but the narrator ruined it for me. She sounded like she was in an empty room with the echoing & all the errors she made on mic were distracting. I'm disappointed this was the final cut.

What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?

This story lacked the UMPH that Omar Tyree is famous for. This story did not do it for me.

What was most disappointing about Omar Tyree’s story?

The story-line. 2 hours in & I knew this was going to be a long 12 hours. It just didn't do it for me.

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of the narrators?

IDK if a different narrator(s) wouldv'e done it. It just was boring.

I enjoyed the way the characters seemed real & how this story seems plausible. everything about the way Ms. McMillan tells a story is so unbelievably amazing & real. always has been & always will be one if my faves!

I thoroughly enjoyed this story from start to finish. the cliffhanger at the end leaves you wanting more, more, more! What happens to Mink & Bunny? What will the Dominions do? I can't wait for part 2!

Where does Games Divas Play rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?

This is by far in the top 10. At first I was skeptical if it'd be good, but I was not only pleased, but happy I purchased it.

What did you like best about this story?

I liked the twist & turns & the way Vanessa refused to give up on her family. I think it took a lot for her to stay, because it's really easy to leave. Although, I'd be lying if I said I didn't want her to go at some point myself.

Which character – as performed by Janina Edwards – was your favorite?

Nia's assistant. I can't think of his name right now.

Real Banging Hotness

What was one of the most memorable moments of The Day the Streets Stood Still?

When Sean told Sunny she was the only one who could't quit & he proceeded to...*spoiler alert*...I was mad at him. Like, why would you do that? I wanted to find him and physically put my hands on him.

What does Cary Hite bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?

Cary is a great narrator. I enjoy everything he reads. He brings the story to life with his pitch, tone, & accents. He's great.

Did you have an extreme reaction to this book? Did it make you laugh or cry?

Hell yes! I was screaming & talking out loud, my kids think I'm nuts after listening to this story.

Any additional comments?

This book was great, but I did get confused when Fox's son went from being in the womb to eight years old in a year's time (Based on the Flashback that Sean had). Maybe I misinterpreted & there was another son, but I don't think so. Other than that this story is wild & crazy & good & awesome & I loved it!
