Thoroughly enjoyed this audible, help me to stay completely focused for the entire time over two hours got me in every meditative state tour I could have the space to be aware of my past break the bondage of the past create a whole new awareness and thoughtfulness of my presence State of mind and create in my mind a new future, intentionally asking maintaining a space of gratitude imagining my new future as if it were right now in the feelings at all along with it and I am grateful for this audible book
