Historia
It’s been almost two years since Simon died in detention, and the aftermath has been hard to shake. First the Bayview Four had to prove they weren’t killers. Then a new generation outwitted a vengeful copycat. Now the entire Bayview Crew is back home for the summer, and everyone is trying to move on. Only, this is Bayview, and life is never that simple.

Best book of the series

I absolutely love this series and the characters in it. I would have loved to hear more of the live story’s and more points of bees from Knox and Bronwyn but overall an amazing book.

Historia
Jennette McCurdy was six years old when she had her first acting audition. Her mother’s dream was for her only daughter to become a star, and Jennette would do anything to make her mother happy. So she went along with what Mom called “calorie restriction." She endured extensive at-home makeovers while Mom chided, “Your eyelashes are invisible, okay? You think Dakota Fanning doesn’t tint hers?” She was even showered by Mom until age sixteen while sharing her diaries, email, and all her income. In I’m Glad My Mom Died, Jennette recounts all this in unflinching detail.

Must read.

Engaging from the first line. If you don’t absolutely adore this woman by the end of this book, you probably don’t have a soul. Full of meaning and purpose, this memoir is relentless in its message of resilience and discovering inherent self-worth. I’ll keep it short, because what kind of person has time to sit around and write reviews. ;)
