The author dedicated a whole chapter 8 to that I did not even think about is yoga. I did not realize it would be beneficial to practice yoga when it comes to sleep quality. I am not one for yoga, usually. However, I decided to give it a shot since this audiobook mentioned it. I have to admit that now I manage to sleep much better but fell in love with yoga! There are plenty of tips and poses for it in chapter 8: child's pose, downward dog, mountain, eagle, and even (humorous) corpse pose! This guide deserves five stars, no doubt!

Avoid the mistakes I didn't. Honestly, I should have listened to this audiobook all the way through. Before giving it a go, I stopped at chapter 10, I believe. I missed listening to chapters 11 and 12, which was a big mistake. When you listen to this, listen to the whole thing, and don't just rush ahead. It really does explain everything.

Therefore, it is important to know the ways in which you can take care of that on a daily basis. This is where this bundle comes in handy – it is well written, well narrated and very clear, making it the perfect tool for improving your self-care routine. Chapter 8 is one I hold dear to my heart, as it is all about auras – how to cleanse them and what aura colours mean in chakras. Like the book states: “Keeping the chakras in tip-top condition is the key, at the end of the day” and cannot be omitted. Do your body a favour - get this effective guide and start feeling much better.
