Historia
The Aftermath of a stunning victory—especially an unexpected, complete, and final victory—should be high-fives all around, listening to politicians give boring congratulatory speeches, and a well-deserved rest for the Merry Band of Pirates. Yes, the galaxy is still a freakin' mess, but that is nothing new, and for a change, that can be someone else's problem. Until, you know, something really bad happens, and only the Pirates can deal with the problem... Or not.

So glad Craig decided to keep going with the story of Skippy and the merry band of pirates. Love RC, and the story. Keep them coming.

Historia
The galaxy is doomed. Monkeys may be clever and too stubborn to give up, but Skippy The Idiot Who Got Played knows the harsh truth: this is a fight he can’t win. The odds are not only stacked against him, he was designed not to win this fight. Maybe he can salvage some faint memory of the civilizations that inhabit the galaxy, but those beings are doomed. Doomed. Including the Merry Band of Pirates.

Torn
Revisado: 02-27-23
I was really looking forward for the ending of this series. But I have to agree with a lot of other reviews on this one. It seems like Craig ran out of steam and just needed to end it. The first 7/8’s of the book seemed to be a lot of filler. There were many chapters that just had Skippy and Joe arguing about something irrelevant, and I would say to myself “WTF was that?” I kept an eye on the timer and was really worried about how was he going to wrap all of this epic story up with such little time left. There was no big revelation or eye popping reveal at the end, and I was just left with an empty feeling after it was over. It was a great ride up to the end though!

Another great read
Revisado: 03-12-21
RC Bray could read the phone book, and it would probably be entertaining in its own rite. So having him bring these exforce books to life is amazing. It is going to be a sad day with the last book is released.

Historia
After the latest mission of the starship Flying Dutchman, Earth is safe not just for a year, but for hundreds of years. The ship’s weary crew wonders what they will do with their lives in peacetime, but the enemy has other plans, and there is danger on the Homefront. Starring Zachary Quinto, R.C. Bray, Kate Mulgrew, Robert Picardo, and everyone's favorite AI, Skippy the Magnificent, alongside a full cast. Includes plenty of pew-pew-pew, original sound composition, and maybe some singing by R.C. Bray.

Another Great ExForce Addition
Revisado: 07-16-19
I enjoyed this take on the grand world of Joe and Skippy. As others have said, the background music and effects were sometimes over done and distracted from the story. But mostly this was just a lot of fun. It was a bit hard to undo the voices that RC normally does for the books and accept the new voice for this, but at the end of it I recommend the listen and hope for more additions to this story universe in this style.

Not bad, but not as good as the first two
Revisado: 12-16-15
The readers performance is passable, but have have listened to others that really do a great job of creating distinct characters with their voices. The story is also passable, has a few interesting bits, but the end feels like Larry got bored and just wanted to be done with it. Overall I am glad I listened to it as it did add to the overall storyline. Just wish it had as much as the first two books.
