A solid pick

This particular dystopian YA is a few notches above the typical. I really enjoy how the author tied in ‘Watership Down’ to highlight some of the character’s’ motives.
The story is well paced and you really feel how time becomes a distant concept when dealing with life or death situations.
That being said, pay attention to what’s driving the plot and you’ll get to enjoy the nuanced touches of humanity.

I give, I fan girled through his whole series. Ugh don't tell my friends, they'll think I've gone soft.
Everything about this overwhelmingly romantic series sucked me in! Just give in like I did. Stop fighting it and be a governed by these royal characters. It might be painfully sweet at times and make you want to go, "ick!" But you'll eat it up. Stop reading my review and give up your money to this whirlwind romance of a series.
