Historia
When the dive team is called in to recover a body from a submerged car, they aren't prepared to find an encrypted laptop - or an unsettling connection between investigator Adam Campbell and the dead accountant. Adam turns to his friend Dr. Sabrina Fleming - a professor at the local university with unparalleled computer security and forensics skills - to recover the files from the laptop. But the deeper they dig, the deadlier the investigation becomes.

Great sequel!

I read Lynn Blackburn's Beneath the Surface and truly enjoyed it. I immediately began In Too Deep just hoping it would be as good as the first book in the series. If anything, I enjoyed this second book even more. It was great to come back to familiar characters and to appreciate another interesting tale well told. If you are a fan of Dee Henderson's books or Terri Blackstock's mysteries, I encourage you to try this series by Lynn Blackburn. I have been delighted, and I hope that you will be too.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It was the first I've read by Lynn Blackburn, and after I read it, I immediately began looking for more. If you appreciate mystery/thriller fiction, you'll enjoy the plot. The characters are likable and believable. I am thankful that the book contains no objectionable language nor any graphic scenes.

1st indie published book I thoroughly enjoyed
Revisado: 03-31-22
I found the plot, pacing, and characters compelling. Once I started it, you would have had a very hard time convincing me to move on to something else before finishing the story. I don't appreciate swearing in the books I read or listen to, and often offensive language will keep me from finishing a book. With this one though, I wanted to find out what happened and how, both to the defendant and to the lawyer too much to make me put it down. So fair warning for those who object to cursing, but congrats on a truly memorable first novel to Michael Stagg. Thanks for an enjoyable tale.
