Historia
Regarding your life and your brief existence on Earth, is that all there is? If you have ever felt that there is more here than an exclusively physical reality, you may be surprised to discover that scientific data from astronomy, quantum physics, biology, neuropsychology and cosmology actually confirms your intuition. With unusual clarity and humor, Dr. Shawn Adair Johnston reveals the utter failure of current science, based on an exclusively physical model of the universe, to account for the origin of the cosmos, human DNA, consciousness, free will or criminal behavior.

Good vs. Evil, Are we born that way?
Revisado: 02-14-24
It was a well thought out and organized adventure into those questions every middle-ages adult has asked themselves countless times. Does God exist and if so, can we prove it? I think the arguments Dr. Johnston makes for both are both logical and eloquent. I long have and will continue to be a proponent of the idea that both science and the supernatural can exist, nay must both exist for us intelligent beings to be here, now I just have better examples to tell others!

Historia
In 1991 the police were called to East 72nd St. in Manhattan, where a woman's body had fallen from a 12th-story window. The woman's husband, Herbert Weinstein, soon confessed to having hit and strangled his wife after an argument, then dropping her body out of their apartment window to make it look like a suicide. The 65-year-old Weinstein, a quiet, unassuming retired advertising executive, had no criminal record, no history of violent behavior - not even a short temper.

Absolutely fantastic book! It combines the best of both academia and storytelling in one comprehensive volume. Well written and well read. I cannot wait to see what else this author has in store for this audience.

In this award-winning Audible Studios production, Trevor Noah tells his wild coming-of-age tale during the twilight of apartheid in South Africa. It’s a story that begins with his mother throwing him from a moving van to save him from a potentially fatal dispute with gangsters, then follows the budding comedian’s path to self-discovery through episodes both poignant and comical.

I am so amazed by this charismatic, humble, and genuine man. The spirit he has and demonstrates in all that he does is exemplified in this book. I literally cannot wait to see where his honesty and lust for life take him in the future. Just amazing...
