I've been hearing a lot about codependent relationships, and there are lots of books on the topic. This one, however, really seems to cover all aspects of it. From identifying the signs to understanding the basics of love and attachment this book will help you understand codependency in a simplified way.
I also found the chapters that cover mindfulness and communication really helpful. I would recommend this book to anyone who has ever been in a codependent relationship, or anyone who could benefit from understanding them.

I thought I was quite knowledgeable, but I quickly found out I had much to learn. This book is loaded with information, but the way it is presented will make your mouth water, so be sure to keep some snacks on hand while you play! Great way to relax your brain!

I have always had a difficult time falling asleep. It hasn’t gotten any better since the pandemic. My biggest issue is just trying to turn my mind off from all the stressful thoughts of the day. This audiobook really helped me do that. By just focusing on the sound, your mind is able to drift off naturally without being interrupted by the issues and worries of the day. I love the sci-fi sound, as it gives me an out-of-this-world feeling. It’s also helpful that this book is long enough to last all night long, so you can look forward to a full night’s sleep!
