I'm about a year into reading and listening to 40k I've heard all space wolf series and I know ragnar was older in saga of the beast but he acts way less serious in this book. is it just the voice acting

So at the end is the priest that he speaks to the one that called him oath breaker all the time I'm dyslexic forget how to speel hiss name.
Also is any book out that has berek dieing and ragnar taking over?
