Go to the source material by other more serious authors instead of wasting your time on this poorly written, poorly read book. If you have had any serious, quality, management training before, you will find this book patronising and way too basic.

As a clinical hypnotist I have many interventions and deepeners that I must be able to bring to mind when I am with my clients. The sequence of words is often critical and I don’t like to read from scripts, even ones I have written myself. Graham Old has produced a book with strategies that I have found invaluable in improving my memory which has added to my confidence and made my client experience better too! The book is read very well and proceeds at a perfect pace that remains interesting throughout. I recommend this book wholeheartedly!
