I like this author, and when I saw who was narrating this it was a done deal for me. Everything about this was great, the story was well paced and balanced. I loved the two leads characters. This moved forward with lots happening. I can hardly wait for more.

While I enjoyed both narrators performance, the lack lustre story didn’t do anything for me. The most annoying thing was the two main characters inner thoughts. It needed more actual dialogue between the characters. None of the characters stood out to me they were all quite bland. Most surprising of all is I have read this author before and liked her work, not this time.

I really liked this story, I enjoy the bully trope and with a shifter/human romance I was onboard with this. I liked both narrators with one proviso they both sounded too mature to be 18 year old students.

Would you try another book from Jamie Begley and/or Delphine St. Sirene?
Jamie Begley is one of my favourite authors, but this first book in the Predators MC was only okay for me. I liked the two main characters, Ice who's president of the Predators, and Grace was a sweetheart. But it felt like I was reading two different stories. One about Grace and Ice's romance, and Ice and the Predators back at their clubhouse. Grace wasn't not integrated enough into club life IMO. As to the narrator, I'm a little undecided, she voiced the female characters well. But the male characters were a bit of a fail for me. She also read the story at a very fast pace it took me a while to get used to it. What was the rush?
Would you be willing to try another book from Jamie Begley? Why or why not?
I will definitely read more from this author.
Did Delphine St. Sirene do a good job differentiating all the characters? How?
The narrator read the female characters well. But she merely used a gruff voice for the male characters which didn't work for me.
Do you think Riot needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?
No I don't think a follow up book is needed as I'm sure their characters will appear in the other books in this series.

What made the experience of listening to Shade the most enjoyable?

Shade he's the perfect alpha male
How could the performance have been better?
Was disappointed that Elizabeth Hart who narrated the previous books didn't narrate this one. Carly Robbins used the same nasally voice for all the male characters so there was no distinction from one to another they all sounded the same.
Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?
It's too long to listen in one sitting

What does Commodore James and Laura Jennings bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
I especially liked both narrators they brought this story to life for me. The sound affects were totally brilliant as well.

I absolutely loved the accompanying sound affects on this title more like this please.
I read this story on my kindle, when I saw it available on audible I didn't hesitate to use a credit to get it. I loved a scarred hero, and an alien scarred hero was just extra special. Lisa was strong and stood up to Grim, but she also gave him what had been missing from his life.
Whether you read this, or listen to it. This is a must have.
