Mel’s honesty kept me going

Wow. I never listen to “self help” books. I don’t know how I came across this one, but I am so glad I did. Mel is a hilarious, open hearted, and obviously well meaning writer/person I’ve ever read/listen to. The book is easy to follow, and even easier to implement in your daily life. I also love how she summarizes everything at the end. A sceptic or not, get this book! P.S. I also love that she was the one reading it. ❤️

I’ll start with this; Amelia is Nutella lover and she got me hooked right there! Haha! She’s hilarious. The story is amazing. She’s got soul and is not embarrassed to admit when she’s wrong or when she felt embarrassed. Just read it! You’ll love it! (Even if you’re not Nutella lover) 😉. Funny, quirky, heartfelt book!

If you like heart-y AND funny, this is IT!

This book got me hooked just after a few minutes of listening on Audible. What a great story about sisterhood, friendships, relationships, struggling with diseases and other life stuff! It lacks nothing! It made me laugh and giggle. It made me a bit sad here and there, but Jeanette’s sense of humor, and the way it was performed, made it all worthwhile! The accents make me love it even more! It will make you think about taking risks in life, taking your chances and NOT missing any! I highly recommend this book to all my friends and fellow readers!

This book is beyond amazing. Its funny, sexy, well versed and narrated. I don’t usually read romance, but this one got me hooked just by reading about it! It will keep you laughing, smiling, and sometimes have you choke a bit, holding tears back. 🙂. Totally recommend!

I am into real crime documentaries, books, etc. I’ve read some negative reviews here before purchasing. Some said it talks too much about his upbringing. Honestly, without it, this story wouldn’t be complete. They talk about Richards life from being a baby to ending up a serial killer. They give out gory details about his attacks and murders. If you’re a true crime buff, this should interest you. Some listeners complained that it’s too descriptive. But it all matters. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone! It’s sad, creepy and unimaginable, but that’s true life of the victims that endured Richard unfortunately. I gave all 5 stars because the story is complete and we’ll written, performance is great as well. The narrator changes voices to enhance the real situation. I don’t regret paying for this book!
