The music was not distracting to me at all, in fact, I thought it was beautiful and helped me absorb the message of the book. I needed a book like this! I’m going to listen to it over and over.

Glad I bought it!

I bought this book despite all of the critical reviews, and I’m glad I did! No, the characters aren’t perfect, but that’s what makes a good story right? I drove around in circles and even sat with my car parked for a while because I couldn’t stop listening to the book. I found it intriguing and suspenseful from the very beginning and there is definitely a good twist at the end.

Narrator was distracting, but good for overall guidance

At the beginning, it sounded like the narrator should be reading a children’s book and it was a little hard to concentrate on what the author was saying. However, as the book continued, it (the voice) did get a little better. I wasn’t familiar with the details of shamanic journeying before I listened to this, but I feel like the bulk of the book wasn’t necessarily about “shamanic journeying.” I guess I expected it to be more instructional (which it was at a few parts), but it was mostly lessons she had learned through her spiritual practices. I wouldn’t recommend this to someone wanting to to know the details of shamanic journeying, but I think it’s a good book for overall guidance.

Amazing book, amazing story

I absolutely loved this audiobook. It was fascinating, inspiring, and really makes you look at the world (and life) a different way.

The narrating made it hard to listen to

This book had a lot of good information in it, but it was unfortunately so boring at parts. The narrating was a bit awkward, maybe a professional would have been better? It did provide a lot of how-to's, examples, and thorough insight into each of the psychic abilities.

Wonderful!

When I first heard her young-sounding and perky voice, I was a bit skeptical. I didn’t know if I would be able to listen to this book, as it sounded so different than other books I’d heard recently. However, I was completely blown away by this book and the insight Rebecca provided. I was sad that it ended! I definitely recommend this book to EVERYONE, because everyone deserves to know how far their intuition can guide them. I will keep this knowledge close to me forever!
