Inheriting your uncle's supervillain business is more complicated than you might think. Particularly when you discover who's running the place. Charlie's life is going nowhere fast. Enjoyable listen

What a fun book to listen to! The writing is witty and purposeful, moving the story forward at a good pace with lots of character development. The book is split with the first half from her perspective and the second half from his perspective. The narrators do an amazing job. They have a great range of voices so that the characters stand out. They are able to bring out the humor and sense of ridiculousness to the fantasy realm of Between and the witch filled town in Wisconsin.

I loved this audiobook! I have listed to most of the JA Huss books available and love the humor that comes through. Her this partnership with Johnathan McClain brings the humor to full-blown Rom-com. I love it. For those who like the dark, intense stories with strong erotica threads, this story may not be for you. But if you like a good story with great character development and perfect narration give it a try.

Too many personal issues

The main character has too many personal issues for me to enjoy these stories as much as I wanted to. But, I listened to the whole thing so it was interesting enough to keep going.
