The author explained the full process and expectations in a much simpler way. The book has formulas useful for evaluating properties so a proper side by side comparison can be made. With so many properties available for sale presented differently, this book is refreshing. It gives us a great deal. Thanks to the author. I suggested it to anyone with joy.
