This book is not necessarily for the complete beginner, but if you want to advance in your meditation practice, developing attentional stability and mindfulness far beyond what you ever dreamed possible, and without having to go on very long retreats, this is the book to read, study, and practice.

the tips in this book are geared toward men, women can use some of the same tips to gain respect in their lives. With great information on how body language says so much more than words that you use, this book has everything a man could need to get a woman.Totally recommend the book worth the read

There is so much content in not such big of a book. I learned first to analyse myself then start with other people.It is so very important to us in our life ,state and our status level. Be a good communicator to others that is the start to gain successful in life. That is the most effective guides that any one needs it.

This book provides basic tools to pay attention to things you may not in regard to body language and a person's upbringing.myself in public to show some of the traits talked about in this book and I have had a ton of success which has made my transition towards becoming more confident even that much more easier and fun. I highly recommend this book.

This is a great book! It has a lot of interesting info. I love the fact that it got to the point, and didn't drag out the story. Be able to understand and read peoples mind by their actions, how they speak and from their behavior. The book was written in a very simple way for better and easier understanding.
