Historia
Julia and her mother, Jacqueline, have come to the exclusive summer colony of Chipmunk Island to attend a memorial service for Jacqueline's old friend Ginny, who's been officially declared dead half a decade after she went out for her daily swim in the harbor and was never seen again. But something seems fishy at the service—especially with the ladies of the Wednesday Club. As Julia and Jacqueline begin looking into Ginny's cold case, a present-day murder stirs the pot, and mother and daughter must dive into the deep end to get to the bottom of both mysteries.

I’ve read or listened to all of Barbara’s Clam Bake books and love them all. Hidden Beneath was absolutely captivating. I hated to stop listening to the book. Excellent job.

Historia
Part-time reporter Lucy Stone is writing a piece for the Courier about four Irish step dancing students from Tinker's Cove on the cusp of making it big. But the story becomes headline news for all the wrong reasons when one girl's mother is found dead in her bathtub. Did a stage mom take rivalry too far, or is some other motive at play?

Excellent job ladies. The stories kept my interests traveling from Delaware to North Carolina and back again. However, Barbara, your story was fascinating and held my interest the longest. I loved how the characters’ personalities had their own story. Accolades to all.

This is my second book by Elizabeth and it did not disappoint. Thought it was well written with lots of creativity and detail. I can’t wait to listen to the next in the series.

Historia
It seemed like a simple case: the murder of Lewis Trenton, a beachcomber who lived alone in a cabin in the Oregon hills. But the newspaper article piques the interest of Vivian Wainwright, owner of the British-style Misty Bay Tearoom. The photo accompanying the article shows Lewis’s cluttered living room and on the shelf is a replica of Big Ben. Vivian is sure she sold the clock a week before in her shop. Who could have given the replica to Lewis? What was the true motive behind Lewis’s murder? And what secrets can the clock tell—before the killer strikes again?
