The book was from Mishka perspective and what he personally did to get over his alcoholism. The antidotes were helpful. I personally didn’t find the book of major use because I don’t face the demons in he had to. But it’s a great read to learn how things can get if you don’t control your life and let alcohol become the center of everything you do. I would recommend this book to anyone because the story goes into the perils of alcoholism and some fantastic suggestions to defeat its grip on ones life.

Stay Hard! Great Book. Read it. Nuff said!

Motivating. Inspirational. Stay Hard. The mind is capable of pushing us forward. David Goggins story is amazing the in between podcast on the audible is a nice build in. It truly goes to show with hard work , dedication and patience what one can become.

I like Grant and his enthusiasm for life. His book 10x was good and motivating for the most part but I felt this was just a repeat of that book. I listened to all 11 hrs . And to be honest the last few hours I wanted to just stop listening but I forced my way through it . The thought process seems sporadic at times as he narrates and I’m not sure if he read the book word for word as I felt he added colorful commentary at times. Overall I’d say buy 10X and skip this one. No disrespect to Grant I admire his hustle but I won’t I think I’ll pass on buying another book of his but will follow his social pages and would attend the 10x conference he hosts!

I loved hearing both perspectives . Tony kept it real on how you need to grow as a man and lover. Sheri’s perspective from a women I felt was on point. Love is oven baked not microwaved.

An absolute must read if you grew up....

In a similar environment. The book really showcases 50’s rise to superstar status and more importantly his growth as a man. I listened to this book all day and it was full of great ideas and really motivating. Good work Fofty!

Fantastic and forward thinking!

Really enjoyed this book. It was on Bill Gates summer reading for 2019 so I decided to get it. The author goes into some really fantastic content. I loved the part on the ethical family. I generally do not read up on politics but the author made such a fantastic case on looking at things from the middle vs. to far left or right. For every challenge he discussed he provided a potentially viable solution. At the very least it’s worth a read to open your mind to the possibilities of what Capitalism could be with some pragmatic steps. The book really provided me a new lens to look at our ever changing world. Bravo!

An instant classic!

Many fiction books on business have been written but I find this one to be the best! You truly get immersed in the characters and the business concepts are put into laymen terms. This book goes into the Re-read category for sure.

The reader did an excellent job with the characters as well and I never became bored with his voice.

I would recommend this book to anybody starting out on their understanding of capitalism, or a seasoned pro!

Fantastic!

I learned about this book on a website discussing barefoot trail running. I thought I’d give it a shot and it didn’t disappoint. I am not a runner not have I ever ran a marathon or plan on running one but this book was so much more then just running. The character build up is great. The authors journey is great. The reading keeps you listening . If you are looking for a book that’s great from start to finish this will not disappoint!

Just a straightforward approach.

Really like this straight forward approach. The man has built an empire and he knows how to get you motivated. He started out as a Sales Rep and built a $100M Real Estate Empire and he tells you how he did it. You want to be a boss? Then you need to learn how to incorporate your work into everything you do. His game plan for his family time works and he's all about business! I'm on my third listen. I just like he owns his style and all up in your face! Why not? You ain't getting no where with a closed mouth anyhow! Buy the audible! It's worth it.

Incredible! Best Book I've listen to this year!

Wow! When I read the reviews I though Brene probably had a ton of friends buy the book and give a review! All the feedback was excellent and now I know why.

I never would have thought a book on Vulnerability and Shame would be so insightful. Her speech was fantastic as well because it felt very conversational and it was easy to stay focused on a topic most people would fall asleep on.

I feel everyone could pick up on many great nuggets of wisdom on the research provided and if we all practiced just a bit of what she has learned the World would be a better place.

Fantastic 5 Stars, well worth the investment. I will listen to this several times!
