I love this book, because of the recipes for burgers, buns, and condiments. One can mix and match, based on personal likes. I already made Thy-Style Turkey Burgers and Grilled Southwestern Salmon Burgers. They both were tasty and my family (with caution, at first) ate them.

Informative book to listen! This book show the importance of self discipline to our attitudinal character with many useful resources that lead us to success. I found this book very interesting and I will definitely recommend this book! Practical and useful for all aspects of your life. This book covered it all on the subject of self discipline. Very good book to refer back to. Read a couple other books on the subject but this one is tops. I enjoyed it so much.

I listen this book along with attending a meditation class at my community college. The introduction allowed a better understanding of the meditation exercises. Although some the exercise instructions were repetitive they were clearly written and were consistent and complementary to my community college course.

The book is a very useful companion to the DVD series. I find a book so much easier to use as a reference. This book, however, only goes half way. There is no real index beyond lecture titles. The bibliography looks very complete. There is a short glossary, but again, without any page references.
