I thought this would be a funny vampire book and loved the sound of the narrator. It's not funny and I'm just struggling to keep up with the story.

The premise of the story has potential, but I can't get past how boring the performer is. The book gets super long winded about the wrong stuff like when she first gets to the horse farm. I've fallen asleep 3 times and I'm 2 hours in.
