The story is good but not enough of the male lead fighting off Dorie. Ms. Vale used that name in the last book of the Gaitor MC, even though the character was a different person. It appears as her stories are getting shorter and she is putting books out just to have them out there. The narratives were really good.

Dixie & Mary's book was a non-stop crying fest. I couldn't stop crying. I just wish their story ended a little differently.
It is good you waited this long to write his story because the other stories wouldn't be the same if he wasn't in them.
It tells how true love will find each other no matter where they are whether it is during life or after death. I love the fact that Dixie went into his grandson Jeremiah and Mary went into Merriam. Just like Dixie was Mary protector - Jeremiah appears to be Merriam protector. Even the little things they did for the other was a surprise to them and others. When asked how they know what they like or didn't like the answer was they didn't know.

The book was good and funny when you read it-however listening to the narrator of this book made it impossible to finish. This is the first book purchased by me, that I felt another person should have performed it. When there are multiple characters the narrator needs to at least use different voices. Please consider doing the book again with a different narrator.

The book was good but the ending was a let down. It appears as if the author was stating that Matilda shouldn't have children because of her sensory issues and other complications even though she was exceptionally a bright woman who could handle business and money. The worst part was claiming that Etienne couldn't father a child or adopt one due to his felon record and other reasons. In soul chapter book six the main character was a felon who had adopted a little girl. Meanwhile all the couples were able to have children one way or another but them. I am wondering what the author was trying to say?
