The anachronism is painful to hear
Revisado: 07-14-23
I enjoyed the first book despite the anachronistic language. The second one was a little worse, however the third one gets really painful. The author could have put some time and thought into it and come up with a more time appropriate explanation.

Historia
Here is the novel that will be forever considered a triumph of the imagination. Set on the desert planet Arrakis, Dune is the story of the boy Paul Atreides, who would become the mysterious man known as Maud'dib. He would avenge the traitorous plot against his noble family and would bring to fruition humankind's most ancient and unattainable dream.

great story but narration could be better
Revisado: 11-02-20
I don't really have to repeat what everyone knows this is a great book. you really get to know the characters. However the narration could be far better. Having the same character voiced by different people and going back and forth between those people is very annoying. There's a lack of consistency - it looks like the production crew just found the next narrator available and went through it.
