Historia
Justin has a curse, and thanks to a Reddit thread, it's now all over the internet. Every woman he dates goes on to find their soul mate the second they break up. When a woman slides into his DMs with the same problem, they come up with a plan: They'll date each other and break up. Their curses will cancel each other’s out, and they’ll both go on to find the love of their lives. It’s a bonkers idea… and it just might work.

Completely perfect!
Revisado: 04-29-24
I laughed…I cried…I was turned inside out by seeing so many comparisons to the mental health the characters dealt with, and seeing similarities to things I deal with, and now realize how many issues I have that I haven’t dealt with. Abby’s writing is exceptional, her characters are authentic and fun, and I love getting lost in a book and not wanting to read that last page and having to say goodbye to my friends.

Perfect book, all the way around!
Revisado: 04-05-24
This is my new favorite author. I’ve listened to only a few of her audiobooks and I’m hooked. Her writing is just wonderful and her choices for the narration are spot on. I hate to see a book come to an end! I feel like I’m in the story and these are my new friends.

The location, and the suspense!
Revisado: 03-29-24
I was on the edge of my seat with this one! Around every turn was something else to factor into the suspense. I loved the characters. The ending wasn’t what I expected!

Hated for it to end!
Revisado: 10-25-22
Best book I’ve listened to in a long time! I love this author, and I have yet to listen to a book of hers that isn’t wonderful. The narration in this book MADE this book! The characters came to life! I laughed, I got teary-eyed, I rejoiced with them, and I was on the edge of my seat more than once. Just excellent! Truly hated for it to end.

Hollywood taught me everything I know about relationships - except how to be in one. As an actor, I became an expert at faking it. Faking that I wasn't affected by my childhood. Faking that I was okay. Faking that I knew how to save the day, the girl, the whole damn world. But I've always known the truth - I’m no one's hero. Until I’m forced to move back to Sugarloaf for six months, and Brenna Allen offers me a chance to prove otherwise. She’s everything I never knew I wanted, but can't have. Her broken heart, perfect face, and adorable children turn my world upside down.

Not a great finish to the series
Revisado: 03-09-21
Sadly, I couldn’t bring myself to finish listening to this book. I’ve enjoyed the series, but this book was a disappointing end. Sebastian York was wonderful, as usual, but it was the first time I’ve listened to Vanessa Edwin narrate and I believe it will be the last. Very breathy, very sleazy sound to her voice, and I just couldn’t match that up with the character of Brenna.

I spent 20 years waiting for Trent Hennington to open his eyes and see me. But it was all for nothing. He chose to keep himself guarded and let me walk away, proving that my time and efforts were wasted. I'm done being invisible. It's time to move on. A single dance sets my new reality into motion, and I welcome it. After all, Cooper Townsend is perfect. He's kind, sexy, and attentive - everything a girl could want.

Great series, but couldn’t listen to this one!
Revisado: 08-24-20
I liked the continuation of the familiar characters. I’ve really enjoyed the previous books. I made it to chapter 9 on this, then was feeling so unsettled that I had to stop. The relationship between Grace and Trent was toxic and reminded me entirely too much of my first marriage....I simply couldn’t listen to one more second. I know they’ll end up together in the end, but holy cow, Trent is an ass and Grace is spineless. Trent treated her like dirt under his boots for years, giving her just enough of himself to keep her hanging around and she loved him so much that she ate up every little scrap he sent her way. Then Grace decided to stop all that and search for some happiness, and that makes Trent come around claiming he loves her and having the nerve to get angry that she’s not falling at his feet??? I don’t think so. I’ll go on to the next book in the series and give that one a try.

Not the best from this author.
Revisado: 04-24-20
This was a very difficult book to listen to. I made myself stay with it as long as I could bear, which was about half way through. I usually enjoy Debbie Macomber but this one was the exception. The narration left a lot to be desired, and honestly was my biggest problem with this book. The narrators left me feeling as if the characters were uptight and prudish. Except for the character of Jenna’s daughter, who did nothing but whine and act like a very spoiled little girl, certainly not college age. I’d be interested in reading the print version and seeing how it turns out, but I couldn’t bear to listen to one more minute.

Look, it wasn’t even my idea. But that’s hardly an excuse for agreeing to teach my best friend’s little sister how to win a man. But like I was going to let some other guy in the city help the deliciously awkward and ridiculously sexy woman figure out the ways of men? My unquenchable (and very secret) desire for Harper aside, she’s my good friend too. What’s the big deal if I give her a fake (but it feels real) kiss on the street? Or if I help her learn how to dirty text?

Historia
It had taken four long, difficult years to tame the virgin prairie of Dakota Territory. Looking back through all the heartache and the body-breaking labor, Ingeborg Bjorklund knew that God had been with them every step of the way. Dreams that had turned into veritable nightmares had been reshaped with the promise of a new day rising, and her marriage to Haaken had been its sure sign.

Wonderful book!
Revisado: 03-17-20
I highly recommend this book! The writing is wonderful, with many details that help it seem as if you’re right there with the characters. The narration is the only drawback. The narrator leaves a lot to be desired. So often, she sounds like she is a computerized voice, and when there is any emotion, it’s not much. Ingeborg’s name gets mispronounced all of the time. Mrs. Snelling is a truly wonderful author, and I’ll continue on with the rest of the series, although I certainly wish they were narrated by someone different.

Historia
The happiest day of Payton Lambert's life was the day she graduated high school and watched Bald Knob, Kentucky, get smaller and smaller in her rearview mirror. She wanted more for her life than a tiny town where everyone knows your business and you can't find a decent cup of coffee for at least 40 miles. Twelve years later an unexpected phone call in the middle of the night has her packing up her life in Chicago and racing back home to the one person she ever regretted leaving behind.

Best. Book. Ever.
Revisado: 09-17-19
I can’t recommend this book enough! It is so well written, with excellent narration that made the story and characters come alive. The sexiness level is off the charts! I came from a small Southern town and this book hits on everything good, and not so good, about living where everyone knows what you’ve done before you know. The characters are absolutely priceless! I’d recommend this to anyone wanting a good read, a funny read, and just a really enjoyable time with the audiobook version. I know if I’d read the book I would have enjoyed it very much, but listening to it made all the difference, in my opinion. This was my first Tara Sivec book, and now I must read everything else she has ever written! Well done!
