Waste of a credit

This might be worthwhile, but I can’t get past the narration. Cringe worthy attempt at trying to lend spiritual weight to Hafiz’s words with new agey, breathy reading that distracts from the text.

Well worth it

I began listening to the Noom book after starting with the app. While not essential to your success with the Noom approach, the book does expand upon the lessons provided with the paid subscription. Some have mentioned difficulty with the reader for whom English is not their first language, this is only for the introduction.
As mentioned, Noom is not a diet but an approach which trains you look at your relationship with food differently and gives you guidance with tools that will help you achieve your goals. It encourages a permanent lifestyle change that will change your life.

An excellent survey of Protestantism.

An excellent survey of the history of Protestantism, it’s various teachings, and the Orthodox Christian response to these teachings. Fr Trenham approaches these topics with clarity and a living firmness. The History section alone will be enlightening for many, especially evangelicals. Highly recommended not only for cradle Orthodox but also those investigating Orthodoxy.
