Historia
Lise Adams is a young woman attempting to uncover the mystery of her father's disappearance ten years earlier. Turk Findley is an ex-sailor and sometimes-drifter. They come together when an infall of cometary dust seeds the planet with tiny remnant Hypothetical machines. Soon, this seemingly hospitable world will become very alien indeed--as the nature of time is once again twisted, by entities unknown.

Not bad as a read, but no where near the quality or stories of Maguires first two Oz books.

Historia
Clare and Henry have known each other since Clare was six and Henry was 36. They were married when Clare was 23 and Henry was 31. Impossible but true, because Henry is one of the first people diagnosed with Chrono-Displacement Disorder: periodically his genetic clock resets and he finds himself misplaced in time, pulled to moments of emotional gravity from his life, past and future. His disappearances are spontaneous, his experiences unpredictable, alternately harrowing and amusing.

A must read
Revisado: 05-19-09
It took me a while to finally get to time to read/listen to this book, and it was well worth the wait. It kept me wanting more as the book went on. The characters are so well developed, I felt that they were good friends of mine. I was not too sure about the time travel/jumping around, but Audrey Niffenegger made it seem seamless.

Historia
Pocket has been Lear's cherished fool for years. So naturally Pocket is at his brainless, elderly liege's side when Lear demands that his kids swear to him their undying love and devotion. Of course Goneril and Regan are only too happy to brownnose Dad. But Cordelia believes that her father's request is kind of...well...stupid, and her blunt honesty ends up costing her her rightful share of the kingdom and earns her a banishment to boot.

Must Read

If you like a good suspence story, this one is for you. I think that Dan Brown shows how well of a writer that he is with this novel. This action/adventure story will hook you from the start, and keep your intrest until the very end. This is definitly a must read.

Historia
It began with a simple note: a letter of rejection delivered to Miss Temple on her maid's silver tray. But for Miss Temple, her fiance's cruel rejection will ignite a harrowing quest for truth, plunging her into a mystery as dizzying as a hall of mirrors. Thus begins Gordon Dahlquist's spectacular literary debut, a novel of Victorian suspense that shatters conventions and seethes with danger and eroticism.

Do Not Bother Listening
Revisado: 10-01-06
I had a great prospects for this book. From the summaries that I have read, I thought that this book would be a wonderful listen/read. I was wrong, greatly wrong. The book is all over the place. I thought that I was not paying attention as I listen, but I checked out the book from the library, and the problem was not me, it is the poor writing. In fact, I never finished the book, it was so bad. I do not recommend this book, unless you like bad writing and a jumpy storyline.
