Romance novel championing conservative British social order circa 1900.

Trash novel. Sex scenes are wooden. Author passionately champions the idea of an enlightened ruling class. Those not in this class are either slavishly supporting the ruling class, or are depicted as dirty, mean, and despicable. Laughable.
