Good story consistent with the Deadlands universe and great voice acting. Interesting character development throughout the novel

Good stories made unlistenable
Revisado: 10-11-22
Whoever played the “kid” character literally made the entire thing unlistenable. Attempted to interject into every situation to the point that you couldn’t even move the plot along. All ruining a potentially good story

Historia
From America's master storyteller and writer of historical fiction comes the dramatic conclusion to the North and South saga. The Civil War has ended, but the Hazards and Mains have yet to face their greatest struggles. Even as the embers of old hatreds continue to burn in the heart of a nation torn apart by war, a new future in the West awaits a new generation of Americans seeking a life of their own - and a place to call their own.

Historia
Outraged when the US Navy seizes three Confederates aboard an English sailing ship, Britain retaliates by entering the fray in support of the Rebels - and suddenly, it's a whole new war. Once again, cotton is king as the North's blockade crumbles before the might of the Royal Navy. While Lincoln confronts the monumental challenge of vanquishing mighty Britannia, the Redcoats revive their 1812 penchant for burning down American cities, and Union troops see Canada as ripe for the picking.

Strong start, weak finish
Revisado: 01-28-21
An extraordinarily plausible first 2/3 of a story that falls apart towards the end. Last third of the book isn’t imaginable by any stretch of a historian

Historia
This title is the third and final book in the latest trilogy from R. A. Salvatore, which once again features his popular dark elf character Drizzt Do’Urden™. The original release of this title had the highest debut ever on The New York Times best seller list for a Salvatore title with Wizards of the Coast at number four. The title stayed in the top 20 for five weeks. Both of the previous titles in the series were also New York Times best sellers upon hardcover release, and the first title, The Thousand Orcs, hit the list upon mass-market release as well.

Skilled audio work
Revisado: 11-23-20
Good story, but it was Bevine’s work with the myriad of differing characters that made the audio rendition work
