The action in this new novel takes place a few years after his adventures in Castigo Cay, the first Dan Kilmer novel. In The Red Cliffs of Zerhoun, Dan's trading schooner is located in Southwest Ireland, where he is attempting to sell 96 drums of diesel fuel salvaged from an abandoned NATO base in Greenland. The global financial system has collapsed, and both paper and digital currency have no value, but diesel fuel and gold still do.

Very corporate feeling.

Eugene Newman is a pretty decent rider the story is it’s pretty good I have bread or listen to 50 apocalyptic style novels. My overall feeling about this book is that in all honesty it’s too short and feels very purposely done that one. My opinion of audiobook should be at least eight hours if not the reader or listener leaves feeling underwhelmed and slightly taken advantage of. I will likely by the next in the series but keep that In minds when possibly purchasing this book.
